Parasympathetic Massage - This wonderful massage consisting of light long slow strokes puts your body in the parasympathetic state of relaxation. This is the state where your cells regenerate and healing takes place. This stress relieving massage also supports the immune system increasing your overall wellness.
Swedish Massage - A full body massage using long quick strokes. The intention is to increase circulation and promote relaxation. The pressure can be light to firm depending on your preference.
Deep Tissue/Therapeutic - This can be a full body massage or can focus on what area needs the most attention (neck, back, shoulders). My work often includes stretching and holding pressure or trigger points to aid in pain reduction.
Sports Massage - This is great after an athletic event to move lactic acid through your system and prevent soreness. I can also set you up on a program of sports massage while your training for your event. I focus on particular muscle groups that are overworked due to participating in group or individual sports.
Pregnancy Massage - During pregnancy is an important time to receive massage as your body changes. I am certified in an advanced program and know the proper way to position the mother to be. Areas such as the lower back, hips, and shoulders are emphasized. This massage can be performed during your entire pregnancy. I also have experience in massage during labor and after delivery.
Heated Stone Massage* - This is a massage done using heated, smooth river stones. The stones are placed on the body and may be used for additional pressure during the massage. The warmth of the stones helps your muscles relax even more fully.
Champagne & Rose Delight* -This amazing treatment begins with an exfoliating sea salt scrub to remove dead skin cells and make your skin glow. A one hour Swedish massage follows using rose scented oil. Finally shea butter cream is applied for the ultimate hydrating experience. 90 min/$110
